Event Details
Tickets must be purchased before the event to reserve your spot. Limited seating. Class Fee is $25 and can be purchased below through PayPal. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. AJ believes a healthy mind and body contributes to a positive outlook on life. Her life's mission is to discover inner strength through fitness and meditative practices. She has been a health and wellness coach for 39 years certified in yoga, aerobics, and personal training. She also works with local school districts to lead camps that inspire children to find passion in fitness.
